CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY
The safety of our residents is guaranteed. Each floor has fire extinguishers, smoke alarms and emergency guidelines. The building has been inspected and approved for use.

CLEANING
Common parts are cleaned
twice a month.
DEPOSIT
The deposit is limited to an amount of two months' rent.
MONTHLY FEE
The monthly fee of 75€ includes electricity, gas, water, garbage, internet and cleaning.
