    We are right in the city center, with a nice terrace , close to the famous sights, known schools, popular restaurants and the best bars of Mechelen.

    CLEANING


                           Common parts are cleaned 

                           twice a month.     

    DEPOSIT


    The deposit is limited to an amount of two months' rent.



    MONTHLY FEE


    The monthly fee of 75€ includes electricity, gas, water, garbage, internet and cleaning.

    Rooms will be available from the 1th of September 2023. Come & visit us on the 30th of April, appointment necessary!
