CLEANING

                       Common parts are cleaned 

                       twice a month.     

DEPOSIT

The deposit is limited to an amount of two months' rent.

MONTHLY FEE

The monthly fee of 75€ includes electricity, gas, water, garbage, internet and cleaning.
